All of our rooms have two language versions lithuanian and english. If group wants to play in English. Please contact us beforehand and game master will prepare everything in English.

In our escape rooms people can play in groups of 2 to 6 people (depends from the chosen room). If your group is bigger we recomend you to book two rooms at the same time.

You can pay by card on visit time.

If you want to pay by transfer please contact us beforehand.

If you want to pay on site:
Upon arrival, provide our operator with your company details and we will issue an invoice and send it to you by email while you enjoy the entertainment.

If you want to pay by bank transfer:
When booking an escape room, you can enter your company details and pay for the service immediately, or send us an email at [email protected]. We will issue you with a proforma invoice, which you can pay before the day of the game.

In the event of a delay exceeding 15 minutes, the operator reserves the right to cancel the reservation or reduce the playing time.

You can change or reschedule your reservation only once. You can contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at +37062858339. After one change to the reservation time, it is no longer possible to cancel the reservation or receive a refund.

To cancel your reservation, you can reply to your reservation email or contact us by phone. You can cancel your reservation no later than 24 hours before the start of your game.

If you do not cancel your reservation or cancel later than 24 hours before the start of your game, the money for the entertainment will not be refunded.

If you have reserved more than one room but want to cancel one of the escape rooms less than 24 hours before your arrival, a cancellation fee will apply.

No, it is not possible. The rooms contain puzzles and tasks that cannot be revealed to people who have not been there.

Reservations: All escape room reservations must be made in advance via our website or by phone. We will respond to walk-ins only if there are available spots.

Arrival time: Customers must arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. If a customer arrives late, their game time may be shortened in order to prepare for the next reservation.

Age restrictions: Our escape rooms are recommended for ages 13 and up. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Safety is our top priority. Any behavior that may endanger yourself or others will not be tolerated.

Prohibitions: Smoking, eating, and drinking are prohibited in the escape rooms.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Found items will be kept for 30 days, after which they will be discarded.

Taking photos and videos is prohibited in the escape rooms.

Limitation of liability: Participation in the escape rooms is at your own risk. The CODE ROOM team is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the game.

The purpose of these Code Room Terms and Conditions of Sale is to regulate the provision of services offered online at www.coderoom.lt and at the escape rooms located at Žirmūnų g. 68, Vilnius, ensuring compliance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania governing consumer rights protection.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Terms are intended to regulate the purchase, use, and refund of services provided by Code Room (escape room visits and gift vouchers), ensuring compliance with Lithuanian legislation.

1.2. These Terms are deemed to form part of the purchase–sale agreement. By purchasing a service or gift voucher, the Client confirms having read and agreed to these Terms.

1.3. Code Room reserves the right to update these Terms and publish the latest version online.

 

2. SERVICE PROVISION CONDITIONS

2.1. Code Room provides leisure services – escape room entertainment – delivered at a pre-booked time and location.

2.2. Reservations may be made online, by email, by phone, or in person at the venue.

2.3. Services are considered booked once a reservation is made via the website, telephone, email, social networks, or directly on-site.

2.4. Service prices are displayed online and may change; the price applicable at the time of reservation shall apply.

 

3. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT TERMS

3.1. When reserving a time slot, the Client selects the number of participants and confirms the order.

3.2. Payment may be made online via electronic banking, or in person by bank card only.

3.3. A reservation is considered valid once the Client has made the payment or confirmed that payment will be made on-site or by presenting a valid gift voucher upon arrival.

 

4. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

4.1. The Client may change or cancel a reservation no later than 24 hours before the reserved time by emailing [email protected] or calling +370 628 58 339.

4.2. If a reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the visit or the Client does not arrive, the paid amount is non-refundable.

4.3. A reservation may be rescheduled to another time only once.

4.4. After one reservation reschedule, the option to cancel the reservation or receive a refund no longer applies.

4.5. Code Room reserves the right to change the reservation time for important reasons, informing the Client as early as possible. In such a case, an alternative time or a refund will be offered.

 

5. GROUP SIZE AND NO-SHOW PARTICIPANTS

5.1. The reservation specifies the number of participants for whom payment is made.

5.2. If fewer participants arrive than reserved and paid for, the payment amount is not reduced and money is not refunded for absent participants, as the service is considered provided for the full reserved time and number of spots.

5.4. If more participants arrive than reserved, the difference must be paid on-site by bank card.

5.5. By making a reservation, the Client confirms agreement with these conditions.

 

6. GIFT VOUCHERS

6.1. Code Room distributes electronic gift vouchers – documents sold online and/or printed at escape room premises that confirm the purchaser’s advance payment and grant the right to receive services from the provider.

6.2. The validity period of a gift voucher is indicated in its description or on the voucher. It begins on the date of purchase, i.e., when payment for the voucher is made.

6.3. The Purchaser may submit a free-form request to extend the validity of an unused gift voucher whose expiration date has passed no more than 4 (four) weeks ago. The request may be submitted in person at Code Room, Žirmūnų g. 68, Vilnius, or remotely via email ([email protected]). An extension fee applies. The voucher may only be extended once.

6.4. The Purchaser must indicate their name, surname, phone number, email address, and voucher number in the extension request, and attach a copy of the voucher when applying remotely. When applying in person, the voucher must be presented physically.

6.5. Before purchasing a gift voucher, the Purchaser must consider all service-related conditions, including service hours, location, and other relevant circumstances.

6.6. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, except where the Purchaser cancels the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase and the voucher has not been used, in accordance with Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. Once the voucher has been used and services received, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Gift voucher validity is extended if a quarantine or state of emergency is declared by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania. The validity is extended for the same period but no longer than 5 months.

 

7. SERVICE PROVISION RULES

7.1. Participants must follow staff instructions, safety rules, and internal regulations.

7.2. Code Room has the right to refuse entry or remove participants who are intoxicated, aggressive, or pose a safety risk – in such cases, the service is considered provided and money is not refunded.

7.3. Code Room is not responsible for participants’ belongings left in unsecured areas.

7.4. Participants are liable for intentional or negligent damage to equipment, decorations, or premises and must compensate for any resulting loss.

 

8. CONSUMER RIGHTS AND REFUNDS

8.1. The consumer has the right to receive a service in accordance with the described conditions.

8.2. If the service is not provided due to Code Room’s fault (e.g., cancellation initiated by the provider), a refund will be issued within 14 days or an alternative visit time will be offered.

8.3. In all other cases (no-show, late cancellation, fewer participants, or one-time reservation reschedule) payments are non-refundable.

 

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1. These Terms become effective upon publication on www.coderoom.lt and apply to all transactions made thereafter.

9.2. These Terms are prepared in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on Consumer Protection, the Electronic Commerce Rules, and other applicable legislation.
